Assemble the Pizza
Spread a thin, even layer of BBQ sauce across the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, red onion, and bacon (if using).
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake

Garnish and Serve
